Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use apply to this website and to the free website preview and one-page website service offered by EMB-S Digital ("EMB-S", "we", "us"). By using the website or submitting the form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The service

We design a custom one-page website for your business based on the information you send us, and we show it to you as a video preview. The preview is free. You are under no obligation to buy it.

• Delivery: we aim to deliver your video preview within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Requests sent on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend are delivered on Monday. We take a limited number of new sites each day, and timing may vary when demand is high or when information is missing.
• Changes: one round of changes is included before launch.
• Scope: the service covers one web page. Online stores, booking systems, member areas and other custom features are not included.

Price and payment

• The price is US$300, paid once, only after you watch and approve your preview. Nothing is charged to request a preview.
• Payment is made by card through a secure Stripe checkout link that we send you after approval.
• The price does not include your domain name. Domains are registered in your name and paid directly to the registrar, usually around US$10 to US$15 per year.
• Hosting is set up on our recommended setup (Cloudflare) in an account in your name, with no monthly hosting fee from us. Third-party providers set their own plans and limits, which may change.
• Changes requested after launch are quoted upfront before we do them, or may be covered by an optional monthly care plan.

If you do not approve

If you decide not to move forward, you owe nothing. We delete the preview and do not publish it. Because the preview is free and you only pay after approving it, payments for approved and published websites are not refundable, except where required by law.

Your content and ownership

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, logos, photos and other materials you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. Once you pay, you own your website and its content. You keep ownership of the materials you provided. We may use images or stock assets licensed for use on your website. With your permission only, we may show your website in our portfolio.

Messages

By checking the consent box on our form, you agree to receive messages about your request by WhatsApp, text message, phone or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No guarantee of results

We build your website so search engines can read it and so visitors can contact you easily. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, calls, leads or sales, which depend on many factors outside our control.

Examples on this website

The websites shown on this page are concept designs created to illustrate our work. The business names, contact details and testimonials shown in them are fictional samples.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to send false information, spam, malicious files or content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others. We may refuse or stop working on any request at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

The website and our services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMB-S Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any damages greater than the amount you paid us for the service.

Third-party services

Your website may rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers and payment processors. Their own terms apply to those services, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
